Responsibilities

As an In-House Recruiter, you will play an important role in connecting prospective students with healthcare education and career opportunities. Responsibilities may include:

  • Screening prospective students for CNA and other healthcare training programs
  • Recruiting and engaging potential students through phone outreach
  • Conducting frequent in-person conversations with prospective students
  • Following up with leads and answering questions about available classes
  • Helping prospective students understand program requirements and opportunities
  • Building positive relationships with prospective students
  • Maintaining accurate records of communications and prospective student information
  • Supporting enrollment and recruitment goals

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with heavy phone work and frequent in-person interaction
  • Professional, friendly, and confident communication style
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to connect with people from a variety of backgrounds
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Previous recruiting, admissions, sales, customer service, or healthcare experience is a plus
