This role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations during night shifts, ensuring continuity of care, and maintaining a safe and efficient clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and oversee resident care during night shifts
- Respond to resident concerns and clinical emergencies as needed
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to care protocols
- Support staff performance and maintain quality care standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Assist with admissions, incident reporting, and shift coordination
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Long-term care experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent critical thinking and leadership abilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
