We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable RN Supervisor for weekend day shifts in a long-term care setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about delivering quality resident care while supporting and guiding clinical staff in a fast-paced environment.
The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing operations, ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations, and provide direct support to residents and staff throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Coordinate resident care and respond to clinical needs
- Ensure accurate documentation and medication administration
- Monitor compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Assist with admissions, assessments, and care planning as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Previous long-term care experience required
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Schedule & Compensation
- Weekend Day Shift
- $44 per hour
- Long-term assignment
