MedLinc is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for long-term overnight positions. We are looking for dependable, compassionate CNAs who are committed to providing quality patient care and becoming a valued part of the healthcare team.
Position Details
- Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Weekday Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- Position Type: Long-term
- Pay Rate: $22 per hour
- Weekend Positions: Also available
- Weekend Requirement: Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
Responsibilities
As a CNA, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care while helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living
- Providing personal care and support as needed
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
- Communicating effectively with patients and members of the healthcare team
- Following established care plans, facility policies, and procedures
- Accurately documenting patient care
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification
- Compassionate and professional approach to patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Availability to commit to the required overnight schedule
- Weekend applicants must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
